Ich würde mir so sehr wünschen, dass wir bei all der Sorge um uns selber, den Blick über den Tellerrand heben könnten. Ich mein damit, dass wir nicht den Zehnten nach Afrika schicken sollten, sondern dass wir uns innerlich umstellen und uns nicht nur in Europa sehen, sondern auf der ganzen Welt. Es müsste eine weltumspannende Politik geben. Bisher verliert sich die Welt in kleinkariertem Denken |

Visions: My greatest wish is, that we besides all the troubles about ourselves, will be able to look behind the boxes. I don’t think about giving off the tenth part duty to Africa, but we have to change our deepest values and we can’t take care only for Europe we have to see the whole world. Global politics should determine the necessary decisions and not small-minded national interests. |
